Description:Responsibilities and duties:
- Leading & directing electro-mechanical installation on site as per approved
drawings
- Coordinating with Consultant / Client
- Supervising progress of work on site
- Following up the status of submittals and approvals
- Preparing detailed Bill of Quantities
- Preparing As-Built drawings after project execution
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress of works
- Preparing materials requisition
- Attending site coordination meetings
- Ensuring project health and safety plan is in place and executed upon
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5 years
Person Requirements:
- Knowledge of instruments and material used in electro-mechanical installation
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
Communication and Interaction:
- Demonstrated communication ability
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
